Not many days left...

Hola people

Its nine days, until I have my first practice with the team! The 6th of may... Usually I when you change team, you start your practice in december/januari...
I see some of my teammates for the first time in nine days...
But that is how it works, im chasing my dream over here, the pro league starts next year, and I soo wanna play good soccer over here... Hopefully I do...
Ive met two of the players already, Suski, my roomie!
and then yesterday I spent some time with Fanta Cooper, she played with balinge last year!
She is a really open and honest person! Its going to be intresting getting to know her this Summer!
Going to be a blast! :-)

And soon everything starts with the nationalteam aswell! hopefully the coach will still pick me for the team, even tough im playing over here!

Other then that, I am helping out at the office, Thomas the guy that owns the team (with another guy Francessco, awesome guy from Italia)
Omg, you wont believe how much work it is! As a soccerplayer you dont think about that...
Honestly its crazy! You have to be sooo organized to pull this off!
Just for the first game, we dont know how many people will come, we know there is going to be more then a 1000 people, but it could stretch all the way to 5000!
Putting up tents for VIP, getting the ticket organized, sending out tickets to people, Getting sponsors, putting up banners, etc. etc. etc.
And this is the first time I do something like this, and I dont feel like I am organized, but hey I am learning so much! Better to be organized, have it DONE, instead of doing it another day...
If you do it some other day, then it becomes a rock you put in your bag... and if you put to many in there... its not going to be easy walking with all of those rocks in your bag...
You live and you learn...

Other then that I am doing good... cant wait! Nine days!! and then 14days, play my first game for sky blue! sweet!

New York, Empire State Building!

Sleepless in seattle!!! That was my first thought when I came up there! So cute!! :-)

But gooosssh! We had to wait in line for about 2 hours, before we got up there! And we were up there for 30min maybe?! But hey, it was worth it! :-)

I saw the Statue Of Liberty, and I thought it was going to be GIGANTIC!

But it was tiny, tiny tiny! I was so disappointed! but then Karen assured to be that it is BIG and not tiny! thank you Karen! :-)

But if you look at one of my pictures, you can see the Statue of Liberty, and its soo tiny!

and then look at the pictures of new york, there are so many buildings! No wonder they have to build a house with 100 floors up! there is no space to build anywhere else!! crazy! :-)

(ive heard King Kong climbed this for a long long time ago) ;-)

New York New York! part one...

Last friday I went to the magical New York! Omg I walked around for 7-8 hours!

But I got too see alot of things! And that I thank my "Guide" Karen for! :-)

I toke the train into New York, and when I walked up the steps, the first thing I see is, Madison square guarden!! How cool isnt that!

Voila! :-)

And after that I walked to Times square!! You walk around and see all the people on the billboards, I mean soo cool being in one of them! Or I dont know, depends on, what kind of commercial its for... But a cool Puma advertise! haha sweet! :-)

Miss my Family

I miss my family alot... Not that I wanna go back to sweden, I'm not homesick, not at all...

Really like it here! But I wished that it wasn't so far away, that I could jump in my car and visit...

I miss my mom, she just got back from Thailand today, been there for two weeks! cant wait to talk with her, hear what she has to say about the country and what she did over there, what she experienced!

(I soo wanna go there over Christmas and new years)

And just sit and chat with her! She is a fantastic mom! We had some hard times when I was a kid, but I mean, she was alone with four kids! four teenagers under the same roof! haha that says it all, she is superwoman!

And then we have my brother and his family! Lotta, Tova and Olle! My brother the boxer!

I have never told him this, but I would like to thank him for tickle me SO much as a kid! Sometimes I actually thought I was going to die, I laughed so much! And thanks to him I am not ticklish anymore!

People have been trying to tickle me now, but they failed big time!! :-)

and I miss Tova, she really is my sunshine! Her laughter made my day big time!

And my sister, haha dont ge me started! We were always fighting as kids! Always!!

But she was always there for me, when somebody tried to kick me down on the soccerfield...

My sister asked who, and baaammm, she would take them down, and they would never try to hurt me again
She is wonderful my sister, she is always going to be my "extra mom", I can see it in front of me,

When we get older, say around 40ish... She comes over to my place, and she is the only one, that would tell me, "Could you clean your room??" haha !

She does it with love! And I am proud of her, always trying to be a better person!

And then we have my best friend in the whole world! Sandra!

She is like family to me...

But I always feel good after talking with her (okey 9 times out of 10;-))

She helps me understand that the world ain't all that bad...

Chester NJ full speed ahead

Ive been here for 14days now, feels like ive been here a little bit longer!
It has not started slow, I can tell ya that! I was here for 2 days, i flew of to augusta to see the master... And then today I went to a funeral :-/
Chris (the mom) her best friend died of cancer... And its soo sad, she had four wonder kids, young kids... all playing soccer, still in school... And no mom... Sad, I cant really understand what they are going threw... One of the girls told me, that its hard, She comes home from school and she wants to tell her mom how it went... but she cant... 15years old...

Who decides, who lives or dies? (I know its a big question... and there is probably no answer...)
But killers, robbers, people that do no good in the world, they only harm other people...
They get to stay? Why?

Im totally exhausted, and thinking like that is not helping I know....

Good Morning!

Today im babysitting Kevin, he is the youngest in the Family, the rest of the family are on their way to play a big soccertournament! But its going to RAIN so much today, so im staying home with Kevin! He is such a cute little guy, he is five years old... And I think he is going to be a actor when he grows up! He can entertain both himself and the rest of the family! During breakfest I sit and watch him, playing with his (right now favorite) turtle toy... And he is talking to him and then he answers himself in another voice!!! So funny!!

Kevin says - Lets go and play with stretchyguy (from fantastic 4)
Turtlekevin - You know im stronger then him!

Its so funny, you have to see it, to understand how funny&cute it is!
Thats another thing kids get away with! If I would sit like that, talking to a turtletoy, people would think im nuts! But when a kid does it, its cute! =oP

Sky Blue Soccer is the name of the team im playing with... Or soon I will! Im the only one here, the other girls drop in, say around two weeks maybe... Its wierd, im use to everything in Allsvenskan, you start practice hard with the team in December, and you play together until November together! But here, you meet end of april, practice together and first game the 12th of may! crazy! Only in America! =o)
So right now i practice with Delles team, they are 18years old and are ranked I think second in the whole country... (not sure) But they are pretty good!
And this week I practice with guys that are 16years old! I dont know if they are any good, just have to see on monday!
but im very very anxoius right now, just want everything to start!! Want the team to come so we can start playing some soccer!!

Gosh, toke me a while to write here!
Better late then never!

Right now im enjoying life here in Usa!
I live in Chester NJ im only 45min away from New York! I have not been there yet but hopefully this weekend! Gooo Shooopping! =o)

Everything here is so far so good! I live with the owner of the team!
They have a big house and the biggest backyard i've ever seen! Im staying at the guesthouse! Yes they have a really nice guesthouse!
Me and Suski (Susanna Lehtinen finish nationalteam player) Are Roomies for the sumer! =o)

I went to Augusta georgia this last weekend, To the Masters! Its a big big golftournament here in Us! Proffesionals from all over the world, including of course TIGER WOODS! Incredible!!!
Had so much fun! I did not understand the score, Tiger woods is one up or one down! haha!
I was clueless! But I got to see him up close a couple of times! Sweeet!
But it was a once in a lifetime thing and I enjoyed every minute! =o)
